Purchasing Tickets
eLIVE Entertainment offers its service to select companies and groups.
eLIVE Entertainment allows you to conveniently purchase discounted tickets with your credit card over a secure web connection. The information we collect is strictly confidential and is used to improve communication with our customers.

Payment is due at time of ordering via credit card only.

Orders will be confirmed as received. If, for some reason, your order cannot be filled in its entirety, you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged until we agree on an order change. Also, should you need to add to an original order, re-visit our web site and additional tickets can be purchased based upon availability.

On any given night, a performance may offer two different prices – (A) top price and (B) second best price.

When an event offers a child's rate, the ticket price is usually a flat rate decided by the theater. However, not all theaters offer a child's rate.

Please note that we do NOT sell our tickets at face value. The price you pay will be more than the price printed on the ticket and the difference represents our ordering, handling and service fees.
HOWEVER, AS ADVERTISED, THE PRICE YOU PAY IS LESS THAN THE BOX-OFFICE PRICE.
The price you see is the price you pay.
Unlike others, there are no extra handling/ordering hidden fees.

Seating
Your order will be processed on a first-come first-serve basis. Seats are reserved in large blocks and the best seating in any given block is based on your date of order.

Ticket information
Tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable and non-transferable to another show.

Should you lose your tickets, notify us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for new tickets to be printed. You will need to pick them up the day of the performance at the Will Call Window.
However, some venues such as America West Arena and the Dodge Theatre WILL NOT re-print lost tickets, so please store them in a safe place!

eLIVE Entertainment is not responsible for any cancellations of events or performance date changes made by the theaters.

Should a theater cancel a show or change the performance date, we will notify you and make arrangements for either a refund or a performance date change. Otherwise, there are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds accepted.

Tickets will be mailed to the address that you have provided at the time of ordering 2 to 3 weeks PRIOR to the event date. In any case, you will receive your tickets no later than a week prior to the performance date.

Please note that theaters have guidelines regarding children. Some have age limits due to the nature of their shows. Most recommend that a child be able to sit through an entire performance without disrupting the show. Should you have any questions contact us and we will assist you.
